Road Sign of the Week
I assume this has been erected to draw drivers' attention to the wonder or improbability of our very existence.

These signs are neither new nor (that) uncommon: as any Highway Code conversant fule kno they indicate the upcoming presence of an unspecified hazard requiring driver caution. Admittedly, one wonders what the hazard is, such that further specificity is impossible!

I think there should be a plate below the sign that states the nature of the hazard.
