Its necessary to study Brown from the mid 1990s (which will need a team effort) and then do two things: predict what he is going to do next and after that in the slow-burn Brown plan, and have better and better expressed LD policies. We need Nick and Vince to prove they are up for this task as well. Brown is tribalistic and you can be assured he hates us as much as the Tories.
