Pictures of British railway stations

Railway Stations UK offers a growing catalogue of photographs.

The picture above shows one of my favourite stations: Cromford in Derbyshire. You may recognise it from the cover of "Some Might Say" by Oasis, who are a band who were popular with the young people for a time.

    PS: Pleased to see the correct British term "railway station" rather than the irritating Americanism "train station".
