In Leicester today, I went to Greyfriars to see if there was any sign of the dig to find Richard III's bones. Sure enough, the road was up and there was a mechanical digger on site,
Sadly, this had nothing to do with archaeology. Still, the Leicester District Energy Scheme is admirable in its way.
