The Merchant Adventurers' Hall, York
I must stop beating up my younger self, but I passed the sign for this extraordinary building every time I walked from the university campus into York and never thought to look in.
These places would perhaps have been wasted on our younger selves. They wait there for us until we're old enough to see them properly.
