Nursery worker faces sack after starring as a Tunnock's tea cake on TV at Games opening ceremony while on sick leave

When I was a manager at the post office, one of our posties on sick leave appeared on the back (sports) page of the local newspaper. He had won a snooker tournament. He was dismissed, appealed, and featured on the front page of the paper, when the back page picture was used in evidence against him.
