Disused railway stations in Essex
A short but interesting selection. It runs from Blake Hall (once part of the Central Line) to Tollesbury, where my mother's mother's family all came from.
The stations on the branch line from Witham to Maldon can still be traced - Maldon East still has the station buildings and the good sheds at Maldon West are also still there. The platform at Langford and Ulting is just about visible and the Wickham Bishops station house is still there.
