Equal prize money for women tennis players
So Wimbledon has caved in and is to offer women and men equal prize money at this year's tournament.
That is fine as far as it goes, but surely it is time to end the insulting anachronism of having separate men's and women's championships?

Yes put the men and women all together and may the best man/woman win.
Serena Williams just won the Australian Open beating Safina, 6-0, 6-3. Yes that is right...only 15 games played Serena for her 12 games won $2m. Safina for 3 games gets a cool $1m. In mens semi final tennis match between Nadal Verdasco there were 59 games. Where's the equality between mens and womens tennis?
