Walk south along the Brampton Valley Way from Market Harborough and after a mile or two you come to the Waterloo Tearoom. It is part of a leisure development involving chalets and fishing lakes that wasn't there a few years ago.According to its website:

I'd be suspicious of anywhere offering an "English tearoom experience".
After walking through their front door, I would be tempted to say "Behind You". Or perhaps I should just ask for the experience and forget the monster behind it, 'cos I've never before seen a tearoom grafted onto a tin and brick monster like that.
