Brian Paddick is feeling bullish

Or so the Fulham & Hammersmith Chronicle says in its interview with the Lib Dem candidate in next year's London Mayoral election:

The Liberal Democrat mayoral candidate, the same man who was trounced with little more than 10 per cent of the vote the last time he went up against the big two, Ken and Boris, insists, this time, he is not here to make up the numbers. 

"You are going to see a different Brian Paddick - I am better prepared and ready for the fight," he says.
