Craven Arms to Bishop's Castle 1
In March I posted a video that recorded local people's memories of the Bishop's Castle Railway and looked at its remains today.
This video, the first of two, sets out to record those remains in more detail.
We start in Bishop's Castle at the museum devoted to the line and then go back to Craven Arms to begin the exploration.
The trackbed from there is now a footpath, the Onny Trail, but it turns out to be harder to follow than the map suggests.
That's the Shropshire hill country for you.
