The fee change doesn't affect him, he would have left before it takes effect, so we won't be funding him.

recognise the Cenotaph and I am sure many others do, the most shocking image for me in today's papers was not the young man pissing at Church Hills feet. but the woman hanging on the flag at the Cenotaph, total disgrace. Although it is an amazing photograph, if you ignore the shameful act she was committing.
ReplyDeleteActually, it confirms that there are too many rich kids at university at the expense of poorer, cleverer ones. Don't see how new system's going to change this.
