The old Ritz Cinema in Market Harborough was never a thing of beauty and has been derelict even since Kwiksave (who latterly occupied the building) closed their store in 2005.
As this photograph of the rear of the building shows, the demolition men moved in today. The site is to be redeveloped as a block of retirement flats, with shops on the ground floor.
