The new Kingdom Hall in Market Harborough
Here, for the benefit of the reader I met at Lowdham last week, is the new Kingdom Hall in Market Harborough.
Yes there isn't any architectural merit here I'm afriad. I think I prefer the Primitive Methodist Church in Lowdham. Judging from the housing development at the back (from the previous photo), is it fair to suggest that town planning doesn't get much of say in this part of town?
The land behind the chapel is old railway land - more or less the point were the lines to Rugby and Northampton (both long closed) diverged. So it was a prime candidate for infill development.

Competent bricklaying on a dull shed.
