Twickenham to Teddington by trolleybus
The video shows the first day of operation of this route - 16 May 1931. Thirty-one years later it saw the last trolleybuses to run in London.
Great film! And much is recognisable today. And without wanting to sound too much like an anorak - at about 2 mins you can see the Red Lion pub - now a Tesco I think - and today diagonally opposite the office of the Rt Hon Vince Cable MP
