I went back to All Saints in Leicester on the way to the old Leicester Central station.
I first photographed it and the old brewery next door that stood next to it six summers ago.
The big change is that the brewery has gone. As is the way with inconvenient buildings, it fell victim to arsonists and was demolished. Its owners were fined for lack of care after a prosecution last year.
The church looked well in the sunshine, but the land between it and the city centre is bare and calling to developers.
