Martin Brookes sends me this picture of Alan Duncan's constituency office in Melton Mowbray.It shows the artist Jo Goodliffe handing tickets for a free ride on Duncan's lawnmower, which the Rutland & Melton MP attempted to buy through his Parliamentary expenses.
Michael's called Martin by the way and Mr Duncan ought to be very proud of Arty Farty Party Rutland. Between Mr Duncan, Martin and me Arty Farty Party's put a smile on a lot of people's faces that otherwise wouldn't be there. STAY HAPPY Jo Goodliffe

ReplyDeleteThanks. Arty Farty Party Rutland's been wondering about the state of the nation's pews specially the ends. Have you still got yours? Oakham's still got its but Melton's not. Today we've been out directing people to "Notdunclaiming" in the South East of Rutland. Shorter than "Thorpe-by-Water" and easier to remember. Bumped into Mr Duncan driving by in his big car.
