Mystery photo
A discovery from the early days of this blog, when it had few readers.
You will also notice Sir Nigel Sheinwald, British Ambassador to the United States, in the top row of the photograph. Also, Gary Findon, in front of Michael Portillo, was the subject of a recent documentary Michael made for the BBC.

I'm guessing Michael Portillo and Clive Anderson, who were certainly at school together.

I guessed Portillo. Those lips are a dead giveaway, and the hairstle didn't change much either.
