You know, I must be the last man on earth to have learned of Dr Cox's previous life in the boyband who recorded Tony Blair's '97 election anthem. I was blissfully unaware of that fact until you pointed it out!
Figures he's a keyboard player though. Had he been about twenty years older, I could sort-of imagine Brian wearing a cape on stage while wrestling a Hammond B3 and a couple of Moogs.
Clearly things did not get better...
Mind you, the sight of them all on the South Bank centre mouthing the words to your one hit must have been pretty dispiriting too!
