A year ago I reported that the Sun Inn at Clun had closed. Since then, according to the Shropshire Star, it has reopened and now closed again.Elsewhere in the Shropshire hills, reports the South Shropshire Journal, the Green Dragon at Little Stretton has gone too. It was always the case that the pubs in Church Stretton were slightly disappointing and you were better off heading a couple of miles south to Little Stretton where there were two good ones.
Now the village is down to one pub: the Ragleth Inn.

This pub is not closed,but very much open
Stayed and ate at this pub for 3 nights last week. Absolutely great village pub - with super food at good prices. Will return.
