Inland Waterways Association Festival of Boats, Market Harborough, 1950

A couple of weeks ago we saw boats making their war from Oxford to Market Harborough for the first IWA Festival. Now here is a film of Market Harborough basin during the event, together with more footage of Foxton and a couple of unidentified river locations.
