The Clegg family pyramid in Ukraine
This photo has appeared on this blog before - where you will find further details of its history - but this seems an appropriate time to reprint it.
You will find this pyramid on the estate near Kiev that used to belong to Nick Clegg's family. And beneath it you will find Nick's great great grandfather, Ignaty Zakrevsky, a former attorney general in the imperial Russian senate.

I recently ran across a Sir Charles Clegg from Sheffield, who played football for England in 1872 and was later president of both Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United, and later of the Football Association.
