Keith Vaz's sex scandal sours Harrow care home opening

The Leicester Mercury loves Keith Vaz. He delivers headlines.
It is hard to understand how Keith Vaz has been elected to any public office higher than tooth brush inspector at scout camp.
Vaz was never ministerial material but he found a place as Chair of the Home Affairs Select Committee and smirked his way up. It isn't a Vaz problem. It's a problem for the men (I presume) who backed him in the Labour Party.
