The difference between Brooks Newmark and Mark Reckless
Mark Reckless voted against the latest 'war on ISIS'. Showed sufficient independence to eschew the whips time and again. Can't imagine what will be said against Dan Hannan, if he lives long enough to be allowed to defect. Tories are a busted flush and, as in Rutland, becoming a very dangerous entity.
