University of Leicester archaeologists have returned to the site at Greyfriars where Richard III's bones were found, says the Leicester Mercury.
I looked in at the Greyfriars site today and so - though its hard to make him out in this photograph - did the city's Lord Mayor.
The old school building on the left will open as a Richard III visitor centre in March on next year.
