Not the Nine O'Clock News on Rolf Harris
Some web sources claim this sketch was banned, but as this video is clearly a film of someone's television it must have been broadcast.

Series 3, Episode 7, broadcast 8th December 1980. I don't think it was ever "banned", although the series is rarely seen in its original form.
