If you remember Roger Whittaker at all, it will be as the ultimate middle-of-the-road, Radio 2 singer. You may even remember that he fronted Whistle Stop, a children's programme for the BBC, in the 1960s. (You see, he could whistle as well as sing.)
But this from 1964 is something different, like Gene Pitney after a long holiday in France.
