I'm really not sure I should be telling you this, but I was struck by a passage in today's Guardian:

The Guardian conveniently ignore the context of this crime in terms of the time of the year!
The Police are not going to arrest likely suspects just because they go away (or home in Mr Tabak's case) for Xmas!!!!
